Why this project?

This idea as many project begin during a lesson.
During a multimedia lesson, we have been need to view image and you have been just Photoshop ( for licence problem ), but it is not adapted for this.
The others tools distribute under a free licence are too big or not enough powerful.

It lack a tool that can be use on all system and that allow to view easily an image and touch up with filter,...
and the whole in freeware.

For the moment the whole of this aim are not made but a big part.

This project have an educatif role, that's my first project in SWING, so far I have used AWT but I must say SWING is a good toolkit.
