The usable formats
Nonosee can use simultaneously many library, somebody can
define an adaptator for a new library ( more
information ).
So the usable format are define by the present library on
the computer and that have an adaptator present on the classpaht
or in the lib directory.

This systeme is made solve licence problems, I can distribute
an adaptator for commercial or GPL library without change
my licence. It's the user that must get the library and accept
the licence terms and not me.
